X-iser Core 4 Burst Training Videos
This form of training requires eight minutes of exercise per week
and is done in addition to the X-iser Short Burst Stepping Programme.
The Core 4 consists of four bursts, two days per week.
By adding the Core 4 Training to the Short Burst Stepping you
will now be working out for four minutes ( four bursts ), five days
per week for a total time of 20 minutes.
1st Exercise -
Core 4 Short Burst Stepping
2nd Exercise - Push
3rd Exercise - Supine
4th Exercise - Surf
X-iser Total Body Conditioning Training
This workout programme requires one hour per week, twenty minute workout
three days per week. The difference with this programme is that all of the
exercise will be done together in one workout session.
This programme can replace the Short Burst Stepping and Core 4 Programmes.
